iCloud Setup

The first step is to audit each family member’s devices to determine which Apple IDs they are using, what data streams they are synced to, and who is paying for their purchases on the App store.

With this data we can tell what is happening, what’s going wrong, and how to fix the problem.

As we make the necessary adjustments, we explain to each family member what we are doing and what they can expect from their iCloud setup in the future.

In families with children, we can setup Apple’s Family Sharing to help manage online security and purchases.

Sharing Photos in a family has always been problematic with Apple’s current iCloud limitations, but the next version of macOS includes a new Photo sharing option that promises to resolve these issues.
