I constantly forget where I park my car. I’m certain it’s been stolen, towed, or worst of all I can’t find it because I’m a moron.

The good news is… your iPhone remembers where you parked.

To get this feature working, you first need to ensure your iPhone is connected via Bluetooth to your car. If you get calls in your car, you’re connected. If not, check the manual for your car to learn how to establish a Bluetooth connection with your iPhone.

 Setup takes 3 steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services. Toggle this ON.
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap on System Services. Scroll down and toggle Significant Locations ON.
  3. Go to Settings > Maps. Scroll to the bottom to Show Parked Location and toggle this ON.

The moment you walk away from your car, the Bluetooth connection is severed and Maps marks that location as your Parked Car.

When you need to find your car ask Siri ‘Where did I park?’ or open Maps and tap ‘Parked car’. If you need more help, tap Directions.
