We support all Apple computers, devices, and third-party peripherals like printers and wi-fi systems. We also work with clients who need help with software to create presentations, edit video, or manipulate spreadsheets.
We have a great deal of expertise, but if we can’t solve your problem, we’ll try to get you to someone who can.

• Apple TV – System reset or reinstall of tvOS for bricked Apple TVs, Wi-Fi connection issues, or use of color calibration tool destroys TV picture.
• Printers – Printer stops working with Mac due to bad cables, loss of wi-fi connection, nozzle jams, printhead dirt, and the need for firmware updates.
• Apple Watch – Assistance with sync failures, App problems, and more.
• Apple HomePod – Install and troubleshoot problems.
• Wi-Fi – Signal drop off or loss caused by faulty modems or routers, damaged ethernet cables, double NAT, or loss of settings.
• Backup – Troubleshooting and providing recommendations on backing up and archiving data.
• Power – Installation of UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) to protect Apple equipment and data during power failures.
• iMovie – Assist with, or independently create videos for college applications, family gatherings, or a remembrance.

• Word – Document formatting and general troubleshooting.

• Dropbox and Google Drive – Management of files online and locally.
• Blu-Ray On The Mac – Equipment and software player recommendations and installation.
• CD and DVD Burning – Mac hardware no longer supports these formats. We offer player, burner, and compression software advice and installation.
