HOW IT WORKS

•  Call (310) 621-5679

•  We discuss the problem and determine the best way to proceed.

•  With your permission, we connect remotely to your Mac to provide support.

•  We end the session and disconnect from your Mac.

•  You pay for your session.

WHAT IT COSTS

We bill $1.67 per minute. At this rate 30 minutes cost $50.00. You only get charged for the time you use.

HOW TO PAY?

Payment can be made using PayPal, Venmo or using a Credit Card. Payments made using a credit card incur a 5% surcharge.

WE RECOMMEND

 

Before you call, make sure that you have a full and current backup of your Mac’s hard drive. We recommend using Apple’s Time Machine software.

Making a list of questions before calling ensures you get the most value out of your time.

Support is provided by No Problem Mac in Los Angeles.

We recommend that you make a full and current backup before calling. Backup of data is a customer responsibility.

No Problem Mac cannot guarantee the security and/or privacy of your data. This is a customer responsibility.

Credit Card payments incur a 5% surcharge.

Customers are wholly responsible for the cost of any cell phone transmissions, texts and any other kind of electronic communication that they initiate or take part in during a support call. Please check your cell phone plan to ensure you understand any expenses you may incur by initiating a support call.
