No Problem Mac will not be liable to you or any other party for damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or any hyperlinked website, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive and consequential damages.

While we take great care to protect customer data, No Problem Mac is not responsible for any data loss that may occur, during installation, repair or service delivery, or at any other time. Prior backup of data is a customer responsibility.

No Problem Mac cannot guarantee the security and/or privacy of your data. This is a customer responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Problem Mac and its employees, will under no circumstances be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any installation, repair or service delivery, including but not limited to loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits on contracts); loss of the use of money; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill; loss of reputation; loss of, damage to, or corruption of data; or any costs of recovering, programming, or restoring any program or data stored or used on your computer.

If any product should be damaged during installation, repair or service delivery, No Problem Mac’s liability will be limited to the repair or replacement of the affected product. Otherwise, No Problem Mac’s liability for any and all damage shall in no event exceed the payments received by No Problem Mac for installation, repair or services delivered pursuant to these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Problem Mac and its employees, will under no circumstances be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any Shopping Advice or Lessons provided to customers, including but not limited to loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits on contracts); loss of the use of money; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill; loss of reputation; loss of, damage to, or corruption of data; or any costs of recovering, programming, or restoring any program or data stored or used on your computer. No Problem Mac and its employee’s total aggregate liability to the customer shall not exceed the amount paid for Shopping Advice or Lessons.

The remedies set forth herein shall be your sole and exclusive remedies for any breach by No Problem Mac under these terms and conditions.

WARRANTY

Except as otherwise expressly stated with respect to our service, all services on this site are offered on an “as is” basis without any warranty whatsoever either expressed or implied.

We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of information or content on this site.

No Problem Mac reserve the right without prior notice to discontinue services offered on this site without occurring any obligations.

Information on this website may be changed or updated at any time without notice.

APPLE WARRANTY, APPLECARE AND APPLE AUTHORIZED REPAIRS

No Problem Mac is not affiliated with Apple Computer, Inc. or any of Apple’s group of companies.

No Problem Mac is not a certified Apple Authorized Repair Center.

No Problem Mac is not certified to carry out any Apple repairs or service that are covered by a remaining or extended Apple Limited or AppleCare warranty.

If your Apple product requires service or repair and it is covered by a remaining or extended Apple Limited or AppleCare warranty, please use Apple as your primary service provider.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless No Problem Mac, its officers, employees and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees resulting from your violation of these terms and conditions.

PRIVACY

No Problem Mac may collect personal information at the time you submit a service request or at the time of payment. Personal information includes your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and other personally identifiable information about you. Your personal information is used solely by No Problem Mac to fulfill your request for services, to expedite payment, to contact you, to improve our services, and to conduct research. We do not sell, trade or transfer your personal information outside our company unless specifically requested by you.

NoProblemMac.com contains links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these websites. We encourage you to carefully review the privacy and terms of use policies of each respective linked site individually before offering any of your personal information.

NoProblemMac.com may participate in any number of affiliate advertising programs.

Affiliate programs may collect information in order to process orders you place with them and/or to provide other services they offer. We encourage you to carefully review the privacy and terms of use policies of each respective affiliate before offering any of your personal information.

OPT-OUT EMAIL POLICY

When you provide your email address to No Problem Mac, by default you will be included in our emailing list and you may receive newsletters, information or promotional communications. You may opt-out to discontinue receiving communications from us by removing your information from our email list. The ability to opt-out is provided via a link at the bottom of every email. You may also contact us directly to remove your information from our mailing list.

PAYMENT

All services are due and payable at the time of delivery.

We do not invoice our customers, but we are happy to provide an invoice on request.

We accept Cash, Check, Paypal, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover Card.

All payments other than cash or check are subject to a 3.00% service fee.

Any check returned due to non-sufficient funds incurs a check cancellation fee of $30.00 and the client is immediately required to pay the amount owed plus the check cancellation fee in cash. Under California Civil Code 1717, It is illegal in the State of California to write a check without sufficient funds.

All credit and debit card holders must provide proof of identity at the time of signing.

MINIMUM HOME ONSITE FEE / CANCELLATIONS

No Problem Mac charges a minimum fee equal to the current rate for one hour of service for each and every home or onsite call.

This minimum fee applies if the customer cancels a booking less than 24 hours prior to the agreed time.
