Screenshots are a terrific way to show your Mac screen to another person.

Apple have now created a tool to simplify the process.

To get to the Tool, hold down the Command and Shift Key and press the number 5.

If at any time you wish to escape the process, just press the Esc button on the top left-hand corner of your keyboard.

Types Of Screenshots:

• Capture Entire Screen
• Capture Selected Window
• Capture Selected Portion
• Record Entire Screen
• Record Entire Portion

Options is a dropdown menu that lets you decide where to save the screenshot and provides a video countdown timer if you are recording the screen. You can ignore the third group of options.

When you are ready, just press Capture.

That’s it. You’re rockin’.

Have a good week.
